Apply to start your MBA! Meet your cohort on the Goshen College campus August 9 – 12 during the opening residency. You’ll spend a long weekend getting oriented to this 22 month program and working on your first course: MBA 522 Leadership & Management for the Common Good.
Our hyper-connected global society has complex challenges that require new leaders equipped with high-level skills and deep understanding of the world. Bluffton University, Canadian Mennonite University, Eastern Mennonite University, and Goshen College have combined to bring you a highly differentiated MBA program.
Many MBA programs primarily focus on developing technical skills. The Collaborative MBA includes those skills and adds in an emphasis on the relational and organizational skills needed to be an effective leader. During and following their studies, our students find themselves making new contributions to the leadership of current or, in some cases, new organizations.
With our historic commitments to sustainability, leading as service, personal formation, developing community, and social and economic justice, we are uniquely qualified to prepare a new generation of leaders with high-level skills in business and institutions needed to serve the common good of humanity through leadership in organizations.
